Interessante Bio vom Ex-CHICAGO- Schlagzeuger Danny Seraphine, die zudem noch versucht, bis 1990 die Bandgeschichte
von CHICAGO aus seiner Sicht zu erzählen. Bekanntes und unbekanntes taucht hier auf
(u. a. seine Beziehung 1976 mit der deutschen Schlagersängerin INGRID PETERS), Drogenexzesse (vor allem von ROBERT LAMM),
seine ungewollten Machenschaften mit der MAFIA.
Ob hier und da alles 100%ig realistisch erzählt wird, sei dahingestellt. Auf jeden Fall eine interessante Biographie,
die beste CHICAGO-History bislang.

Auf 187 Seiten erzählt Ben Joseph hier die Bandgeschichte, chronologisch vom 1. Album ("CTA") bis zu "Chicago 26".
Interessant: Das unveröffentlichte "Stone of Sisyphus"- Album ist hier als "Chicago 22" aufgelistet. Chicago-Insider erfahren hier nicht viel neues, aber sonstige Fans werden hier gut bedient.
Leider sind die Fotos nur in schwarz/weiss und teilweise auch noch unscharf.
Eine bessere Ausstattung (gebunden und farbige Fotos) hätte diese Chicagobiographie wirklich verdient.
